Nice list, I think there is only 1 error and that is that pagerank is irrelevant to your ranking. Pagerank is the foundation of Google and is 1 of the factors that play your position in the SERP. Google says this about itself: PageRank continues to play a central role in many of our web search tools.

Pagerank is a mystery to me.
But I know that t is not determined position in eg Google.
I know t is not. Did quite a lot left but especially pagerank still hang on.

pagrank shows your site's popularity. It's 0 to 10. If your site's page rank is 4 or 5 It's a good site.

Actually for me, PR only shows an up-to-date site. It is base on the volume of your IBLs, thats all. Its essence takes place only when you want to exchange links. More than that, i dont know anymore. Im not basing on the PR. The Relevancy and of course my SERP
